Strawberry Banana Oats Smoothie

  • Grind the oats as a fine powder using a blender.
  • In a juicer jar or blender jar add the cut strawberries and banana and blend to make a puree to avoid big chunks inside the smoothie.
  •  Add the remaining things sugar, oats, yogurt and blend well till frothy.
  • I felt the smoothie is so thick after making and added boiled chilled milk to get the right consistency. But adding milk is optional.
  • I have used low fat yogurt and low fat milk for this recipe you could use full fat yogurt and milk for richer taste.
  • Serve chilled.
