Soya 65 is an easy to make appetizer or snack which could be made in jiffy. Generally chicken 65 and its variants are prepared with all purpose flour and corn flour combination. This combo does need baking powder to keep it more crispy for hours. So here i have tried some other combo without baking powder to make it crispy crunchy and also tasty.

In this combination the crunchiness stays for hours after frying. Healthy side dish for rice too with some pouring curries. Kids too love this as it is crunchy and colourful. Try this healthy starter at home and let me know the feedback.
