Chocolate Crinkle Cookies| Eggless Crinkle Cookies| Chocolate Snow ball Crinkle Cookies are basically snow ball cookies. While baking it will crack and give the crinkle appearance. I have referred the recipe here and modified slightly to make it more healthy. I love the taste of these cookies even my four son like it a lot. They are bit chewy and chocolaty.
Best easy to make cookies to make at this festive season. So easy because there is no rolling process. Even you can involve your kids to make this cookies. They will have fun with rolling and dusting.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 25- 30 nos
INGREDIENTS:
Dark Chocolate bars| chips- 1/2 cup
Butter-1/4 cup
Honey- 2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
Milk- 1/4 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup (add extra 1/4 cup if you use semi sweet chocolate)+ 1/4 cup for dusting
Flour- 1 and 1/2 cups(I used wheat flour and all purpose flour 1: 1 ratio; you could use whole lot APF)
Cocoa powder- 2 tablespoons
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Baking soda- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt- 1/4 teaspoon

PROCEDURE:
- Powder the sugar and set side. Keep 1/4 cup powdered sugar for coating over the cookie dough.
- In a bowl add the dark chocolate and butter pieces and microwave or melt in a double boiler.
- Using a whisk combine well once the chocolate get melted.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl wheat flour, all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sieve together or using whisk combine well.
- Combine liquid and dry ingredients and mix well with out lumps.
- Using hand make a dough and seal with a cling film and refrigerate for an hour inside to chill the dough.
- Take a tablespoon of dough and roll using hand to make a ball; Likewise repeat for the whole lot.
- In a flat plate spread the powdered sugar and roll the cookie dough well to stick well.
- Line the baking tray with wax paper and keep the balls and slightly press if you like.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. When you touch the cookies the edges becomes slightly hard and middle feel like soft. Remove the cookies from oven and allow to cool.
- Once the cookies get cooled the cookies becomes hard. Do not over cook like other cookies.
